This calculator requires no account and collects no personal information. The values you enter — your puppy's current weight, its age in weeks, the unit you choose and the size class you select — are processed entirely inside your own browser. They are not transmitted to us, not stored on a server, and never received by us in any form. There is no backend: the site is a set of static files plus JavaScript that runs on your device.

2. Cookies and third-party advertising

This site may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Users in the EEA and UK may also be shown a consent prompt where required by law.

3. Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free aggregate analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and see which guides are useful. No personally identifying information is collected, and the weights and ages you type into the calculator are never included in analytics data.

4. Local storage and URL presets

The calculator can read preset values from the page URL — for example when you follow a link from one of our breed guides, which opens the tool preset to the right size class. Those values live in the address bar and in your browser only. The tool itself requires no cookies to function.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you sign up for or purchase a product through them. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not influence the growth figures, the methods, or anything else on this site. Where a page contains affiliate links we aim to make that clear on the page itself.

6. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the calculator will keep working. You can also use the site with an ad blocker. This service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Not veterinary advice

Every result on this site is an estimate produced by the labelled rules of thumb described on the about page. Growth varies by breed, diet and genetics. Nothing here is veterinary advice, and it must not be used to diagnose, treat or set feeding targets for any animal — confirm anything that matters with your vet.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than announced separately.
